Hello everyone, this is my first post on this forum, and I'd like to request a little help before taking my computer to technical assistance cause who knows, I might be able to solve this problem without spending a single coin.

So, by the start of december I started to get some random blue screens, and since at the time it wasnt that frequent, I didnt gave much of a care, thinking it would just go away. But as time passed more and more BSOD's started showing up, with different codes each time. So I went on to try and find a solution online, downloaded WhoCrashed to see the dumps, made some tests with my RAM, switching slots and deactivating XMP, reactivating it, updated mobo BIOS, also updated all drivers manually, but it seemed to not go away no matter what I did. So eventually I decided to format both my HDD and SSD thinking that a malware or something could be lurking on those. After doing that, followed by all windows updates and driver updates, things seemed to be stable, but once I got confortable thinking all was solved, another BSOD popped. I also tried to switch GPU drivers with an older version cause I've seen some people reporting having windows crashed with recent Nvidia drivers, but still the blue screens persisted.

I built up this computer about 3-4 months ago, so everything appart from the PSU and HDD/SSD is brand new. Also heard that AMD was having some problems with blue screens on Ryzen 3000 series so I'm kinda afraid my CPU is broken or something like that, but I dont want to activate the warranty without knowing for sure.

i answer questions as a hobby, not as a job. I probably go to sleep soon as its 3am now.

drives look okay, I am just testing them to make sure. Cross them off list.

probably ideal to only run 1 test at a time. :)

All good, gonna wait for SeaGate to finish the scan and then run Prime95. Hope you have a good sleep!

see if you have latest chipset drivers - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450

I see lots of people with B450 mb and 3600 get errors but then its the most common combo right now, so its along same lines why almost everyone I see with bsod has a Nvidia gpu. One person here has a theory that there is a problem with the chipset bios combo right now and its making PC crash that don't have any problems. Best idea is make sure drivers are up to date, as well as BIOS.

I am not actually sure what PC was doing during your crashes, or I would try to alleviate those concerns. Your errors aren't obviously any of the parts you mentioned.

Just scrolling through the thread again and noticed i missed a point, every BSOD happened either while PC was idle, running a video (Yt/Netflix/Prime vid), browsing web or running SketchUp, never while gaming. Oddly enough it waits until i close the game and then bang, it crashes

can you remove Symantec while we figure this out, since its half your drivers, it might be cause. Just use Defender for now.
Apart from the idle, they all internet related.. You have newest lan drivers so removing AV reduces its choices.

what power plan are you running?
look in settings/system/power & sleep
Under Related Settings, pick Additional Power Settings
Are you on AMD Balanced or High performance? Sometimes power settings can affect how PC runs at idle, some PC work better if its set to high performance

I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/c0pLgetk/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

File information:011621-8671-01.dmp (Jan 16 2021 - 09:37:40)
Bugcheck:IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (A)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 25 Min(s), and 41 Sec(s)

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

SeaGate tools just finished running tests, and looks like everything is fine on drives. I removed Norton as you oriented, but I was already having BSOD's before installing the AV, after the second clean windows install that i did.

Power plan is AMD Ryzen Balanced on preferencial, and on aditional it was not selected, I have high performance and AMD Ryzen High performance, which should i choose?

Also i'm now running Prime95

Update: About 4 hours running Prime95 now and no BSOD's so far, but looks like a fatal error happened from what i can see in the results

Self-test 20K passed!
Self-test 20K passed!
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
Self-test 20K passed!
Self-test 20K passed!
Self-test 20K passed!
Self-test 20K passed!

By the way, i just checked HWiNFO to see CPU temps, since thats what Prime95 is recommending if an error is encountered, and looks like CPU is working on a range from 72C all the way to 95C, is it safe to keep running this stress test for long?

Update: Ran it for 6 hours and 19 minutes, here's the link to the results: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1imBFgSslZNX2gj0lEM_7Y_lv6Lg9kf8C/view?usp=sharing

Aparently no error but that one I pointed earlier

Update: Another crash at 00:38, just as i closed league of legends
