blue screen of death

Been getting random blue screens for a while now, but as of late they've seemed to become more abundant. I don't really know what causes them or anything so i seem a bit lost on the matter. But, i managed to snap a pic of the blue screen:

The Stop 0x00000124 message occurs when Windows has a problem handling a PCI-Express device. Most often, this occurs when adding or removing a hot-pluggable PCI-Express card; however, it can occur with driver- or hardware-related problems for PCI-Express cards.
Resolving the Problem
