Blue Screen with error message

Hi, a few weeks ago my old cpu died so I upgraded my motherboard/cpu to a ASUS sabertooth and i7 3770k. Every time I load my computer up it loads a bit and then flashes a blue screen with a message then resets. I put my windows 7 disk in and repaired it twice and that didn't work. I reinstalled my old GPU still didn't work. I tried both of my ram in by themselves and that didn't work. I'm not sure what I should do. Would doing a system restore or whatever it is when you clear the hard drive be worth trying? Any help would be appreciated .

Try setting SATA to IDE in BIOS.
