Hello, I added a second 5830 to my i7 1366 system a week or so ago and have been having a lot of problems, I posted something before and someone was saying I was maxing out my power supply but then someone else was saying I was not maxing it out, not the wattage of the amps on the rail, I have a corsair tx650w psu that has 52 amps on the rail, I have been to many websites reviewing radeon 5830's in crossfire and it suggests a 600W PSU with 50-52 amps but recommends a 650w for even more headroom. I did all the math adding up wattage on one of those power supply calculator's they have on a few different websites and it came up around 460-480W with 15% capacitor aging which shouldn't be taken into place yet because the power supply is barely a year old and has less then a hundred hours of game time, mostly call of duty mw2.
My main issue was that I was not at all able to overclock my cpu, even 100-200mhz it would bluescreen as soon as I booted into windows but when I went to switch it back to stock settings I would still bluescreen, so I would have to switch the cards around and mess around with settings and drivers until it stopped bluescreening, then I tried something else to see if I could overclock my cpu again and it happened again, then I fixed it, then a third time I tried something and then wasn't able to get it to stop blue screening, I tried changing graphics drivers, changing pci-e adapters, using 1 pci-e and 1 molex to 6pin pci-e per card to even out the load but still would blue screen, I made sure all my cables were connected and still having the issue, when the crossfire configuration did work I was so excited how amazingly stable and fast games ran but when I tried to overclock it screwed everything up, both cards work perfectly when used individually, no blue screens or temp issues (The temps were just fine before when in crossfire)
I really would like to get these 5830's working in crossfire again, I was thinking of reinstalling windows in hopes of it being something software related but I am guessing it's not.. 🙁
Here are my blue screen reports I have gotten:

There were a few more I will find and post in a little bit..
Any help would be great!
I am running an i7 930, 2x2gb ddr3 1600 memory, 2 5400RPM caviar green drives, 6 120mm fans, 1 cd drive and this tx650w (624W on 52A)
