Question blue scrren with no hdd found

This problem has happened on one PC numerous time and on a second one time. Computer will be working fine, then while idle, windows 10 gives the something went wrong and needs to restart. Computer will try to restart but states no available boot device is found. Restarting and attempt to get into bios, nothing happens. Pull the power cord or turn off PSU using the switch for 30 seconds until MB light inside goes out and computer boots just fine. This happens maybe once every 6 months, to the one pc. I have changed the data cables, and used a different PSU power cable, and it still happens. Plus I have installed a new PSU and again it happens to the pc. I also reseated the memory cards too. Any suggestions?

Have you verified the integrity of the drives using CrystalDiskInfo or HD Sentinel also?
Do you have latest drivers and BIOS installed?

Thank you, and Yes and Yes to your questions. Problem as mentioned is time period between issues, with no event log errors.
