Blue Snowball Ice Broken?

I just got my new snowball ice 2 days ago and today it randomly stopped working. I'm on windows 10, using a 0.2 usb. i tried updating drivers, and uninstalling/reinstalling the device. I haven't dropped the mic at all. when i first used the mic my friends did tell me there was a fuzzy sound so i did smack the mic and then the fuzzy sound went away. If you know hot to fix my problem, then great, contact me.

I just returned it. I figured that would be best. When I went to return the Snowball ICE as well i noticed the name said refurbished, so I'm assuming its just a defective mic. I'm now looking for a new and decent USB mic for about $50. If you have suggestions, let me know.

yeah, refurbished can be problematic.
