Question Blue Yeti Microphone not working :/

I have 2 blue Yeti microphones and they are both broken! I used to be able to plug in the cord and the headphones and hear myself talk and stuff then I would connect it to my phone and was able to record myself and it would sound exactly like how it was recorded. Now they both just don't work, when I plug everything in I can't hear my voice and when I connect it to my iPhone and record it sounds staticy. They both are having the same problems so I don't know if it's the microphones or if its the black USB cord. Please help!!!

Have you taken both microphones onto a donor system with the exact OS as your current system and seen if they both work there without any audible distortion?
