[SOLVED] Bluescreen while gaming

Last week i changed the thermal paste on my ryzen 2700x and since then ive had crashes, freezes and bluescreens while playing games(apex/warzone). I updated windows, gpu drivers and chipset drivers, idle temps are 30-40 degrees and 40-55 while gaming so the cpu is not overheating. I dont know what the problem is and how i can fix it so it would be nice if u can help me out.

copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem
