Bluetooth Mouse Isn't Registering Movement

I recently bought "Bluetooth Wireless Silent Gaming Mouse - Tsmine Noiseless Plus Large Mouse with 6 buttons,3 adjustable DPI for Laptop,Macbook 2017 and Android OS Tablet- Snow Blue" from amazon. And for some reason, while the buttons work while its connected, movement isn't being registered. Any idea on how to fix this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Solution
If the mouse has never worked then return it to the seller for a replacement or refund.

Most likely defective as you have eliminated other possible causes.
Did the mouse ever work?

Have you tried the mouse on another surface?

Have you tried the mouse on another computer?

Are you sure that the mouse is charging correctly and reaching full charge?

NOTE : Switch the mouse to “ON” position when charging ,charging time: 2- 4 hours, blue light shine when charging, blue light automatically extinguished after full charged."

Check the mouse's blue light while trying different charging sources.
 


To answer your questions: (1) No the mouse never worked (2) I've tried the mouse on a mouse pad, wooden table, counter top, carpet, tile, and on hardwood flooring to no avail (3) I have not tried it on another computer; my current desktop is not hooked up due to a move and my laptop is the only other computer in the house (4) The mouse is charging and is fully charged. Reading the instructions a blue light will come on when fully charged and it was lit after charging it for several hours. I did try in several different USB ports; both USB 2 and 3. Thank you for your suggestions!
