Question Bluetooth Stick won't work if plugged in on startup

Hello,
I bought a Bluetooth stick to use my earphones on my PC. If I leave it plugged in while booting up, it appears normally for a short time and then has a problem, the error message is "This device was stopped because it reported errors. (Code 43)". The stick works again after I uninstalled it or left it unplugged when booting up. Just plugging it out and in doesn't help.
What can I do?

What is the make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard? What OS are you on? Windows 10 or 11?

It's a TP-Link UB500.

I have a Asrock ASRock B450M Pro4 with Bios version 3.90. I'm running Windows 11 Pro for Workstations.

I don't think so, because otherwise it works perfectly fine

I've never had any real luck with TP link stuff

I have an Asus USB-BT400 and BT500 bluetooth dongle, 400 at home and the 500 at work and never had issues with them.

For the $15 they cost you could give it a try LINK
