Hello folks.

Really need help on this one, because I've got no idea what's going on. Basically I have a MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi board and for some strange reason bluetooth as suddenly stopped working. I've had no issue whatsoever with bluetooth since purchase a few months back and this morning I turned off my computer. This evening came to turn it back on and connect my Sony headphones to the PC as usual and for some reason it wouldn't connect or even display that I had bluetooth.

So I checked Device Manager and it showed the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth but with one of those yellow warning signs. I checked it out and it shows 'This device cannot start. (Code 10) / STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE' although it as at times shown a different warning. Tried reinstalling drivers, nothing. Tried checking Windows updates, nothing. Done a fair bit of research but couldn't find a solution at all. Even tried reinstalling Windows from fresh to see if it was an issue with Windows. Tried power resetting to see if that does anything but nope. Used Intel's driver install program and it installed the newest BT drivers but that hasn't fixed the issue either.

Interestingly the bluetooth device in the device manager changes from the warning symbol (that something is wrong with it) to normal multiple times and then stays on the warning sign. Which as made me think it might be an hardware issue. I just don't know.

Any ideas? They'll be much appreciated.

Update
So this morning I started everything up and for some random reason bluetooth is working again after reinstalling drivers. Interestingly in the device manager it no longer shows bluetooth as Intel Drivers. I'm wondering if it was Windows Update downloading the wrong drivers for the bluetooth although I also downloaded the drivers from the support page of the actual board so who knows. I also unplugged power from the PSU for the night so it's possible that helped.

Will keep an eye on it however. Could still be playing up.
