Question Blurry Content on Slack and Twitch App

Hi folks,

I have recently bumped into an issue and I have no idea what's causing it. So a few weeks back the Slack and Twitch app started to show fuzzy / blurry content when mouse is not hovering over sections of the app. From my observations is kind of random. Here is a sample of the Twitch app displaying this.

I have tried the following solutions with no effect:

If anybody has any ideas I would be really appreciate it. It's driving me nuts as I use Slack daily.

Maybe You should check the rendering settings provided by these apps if you're having issues with just these two apps and other apps are rendered nice and sharp.
