After moving recently, graphics on games began to blur. Everything else on the computer runs perfectly. When a game is loaded the graphics load in at a lower quality(despite previously running at the best quality with no problems), and then when moving the graphics blur.

Specs
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 10

Are you certain that you GTX 1070 is fully inserted into the PCIe slot? It is possible to dislodge components during a move.
I forced the fans to spin with some software, I believe they where just previously set to start at a certain tempature. I am clueless as to what problem would cause the graphics to become so poor.

If you remove the GTX 1070 and just use the iGPU (performance will be poor), does everything display properly?
I already tried that, everything displays correctly, however the graphics remain the same. Im going to completely uninstall the NVIDIA driver and then reinstall it again. I think my computer may have for some reason have switched to the intel drive, which may have caused the poor quality.
