[SOLVED] Blurry Text on some windows

So my brother has this MSI GF63 laptop with Intel Core i7 9750H and Geforce GTX1650 with a Matte IPS 1080p 60Hz display.

We've changed ClearType text from Control Panel many times but still some windows like Device manager and some older programs look faded and the fonts are blurry.

Disabling high DPI scaling results in tiny buttons which makes the softwares hard to use.

Is it because Windows 10 is having trouble with showing clear texts or it can be fixed? And how?

Nope. Problem still exists. Forgot to mention that some icons are pixelated, too.

Edit: gonna update the GPU driver and see what happens.

Edit 2: So I set custom scaling to 125 from Advanced display scaling from display settings. Problem solved.
