I have 2 user accounts on my windowns xp and my wifes account is very very
slow, I have noticed that there is a program running in the background
(bmppoje.exe) and is using 99% of the CPU usage, on my user account its is
still running but uses 0% usage of the CPU.
What is bmppoje.exe used for? and how can I solve my problem to remove it.
Each time I try to stop it, it appears again.

Given the degraded performance: it is most likely a virus or some nasty
spyware.

If you don't have any anti-virus or spyware download:
1. Grisoft's AVG Free
2. Spybot Search and Destroy

Install both and update them from the internet.

Restart the PC in safe mode and then run both of these to detect and DELETE
any nasties identified.
