boot disk too small

just realized that my boot drive is way to small is there a way to extend that size without reinstalling everything?
if not what should I do?

If I'm reading that correctly, it looks like a 120GB drive
58.5gb on C
1.77gb on D
50gb on the Recovery E

I don't know if changing the size of the Recovery will screw it up. And the D is too small to worry about.
Your best bet is a new drive. 1tb or so. Or delete/uninstall some stuff.

Clone the current drive over to the new one.

Restore points, temp files, stuff in Downloads...
There are places to make space.
