Boot Drive (weird problem)

I've searched all the threads regarding running out of space and have done steps from 7 threads, to limit, delete, turn off, and clean registry etc. Currently i have a 60GB SSD running windows and Nvidia being the two biggest files.

Instead of reducing more space on my drive, i would like to move my drive to my other SSD which is 1 tb. Now that would be easy if i had a legit form of windows 7, but it is pirated like most peoples out there. If not i could easily make a repair disc and reformat my c drive to clean it (which i am going to eventually do)

Is their any way to clone my drive over? and yes my C: drive is at 0mb lol

plus Chkdsk is always on start up and when i let it do its course, after it checks, an error of cannot write in the output folder comes up, which lead me to think windows cant update or record anything because my drive is full

P.S. Most programs i need to use like a clone drive program wont install, because it cant write anything on my C: drive.

Ty anyone who can share their help
btw i have windows 7
