Question Boot Issues

Hello everyone,
I was gifted my first PC earlier this week, and was told there may be an issue with the hard drive. I've since purchased a new SSD, but I am having difficulty booting up. Every time I try I met with "Reboot and Select proper Boot device"
I've replaced the SATA cables, checked the power, and my Installation Media is plugged in. I've also changed my SATA Mode to AHCI with no luck. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated <3

Is there any Boot Priority in BIOS? It should be somewhere at Main Page of Bios/Boot Page/Exit Page.

If there is, Prioritize your SSD or SSD UEFI as 1st Priority.
