Question Boot led flashes and then system turn off

Been having an issue with my pc where it first started switching off randomly once or twice and now its not turning on.
Boot led flashes and system turns off the turns back on without any fans spinning or leds lighting.
What I have tried so far:
~Ram slot and modules cleaned thoroughly
~Removed GPU
~Removed heatsink and cpu, checked if there are any bent pins but thank God cpu is good.
~Motherboard cables reseated
~Havent checked if psu is the issue since its only been an year since new psu

Asus Z270-A motherboard
GTX 1050TI
Corsair VS450 (Just changed an year ago)
2 different brands of Ram: Corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4 x Adata 8gb ddr4
2x1tb hdd 1xssd
