Boot or Startup program requiring a password

There is a program/process running in either my Boot or Startup sequence that requires a password. It is timing out, but taking 59 seconds. How can identify and remove this program/process? Thanks!

What changed just before this started happening? Also, are you able to successfully get into Safe Mode? Have you ever been able to start Windows 8 with no issues?

Yesterday my computer failed to load all the startup/boot process and I ended up having to use the recovery CD to reinstall Windows 8.1. That's when the issue appeared.

The computer boots up fine, but it is delaying the 59 seconds for some process/program that requires a password and just timeout. I created a boot log and results are below. The only thing I see is that a file called dxgkrnl.sys is not loaded. Thanks for the assist!

There is never a screen that appears where the password is requested, but I found out that is a process that is requesting one. When I go into safe mode, the delay isn't there. Hope this makes sense!

Did as suggested, 16 objects were detected and I removed them. The problem persists.

There is no prompt for the password, something is running in boot/startup that is asking for one but when it doesn't get the password it is timing out. I identified this issue by running a program called Windows Boot Timer at the site http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-boot-timer

Found the problem, had to Uninstall CSRHarmony Stack. Although disabled in Startup, it required a complete Uninstall.
