boot problems with new build

so the other day i finished my first build which powered on went to the windows update screen and everything while trying to make all devices work together; This was using an old drive from my other computer. at some point during that it froze and since tham has been loading in and out of bios every 5 secs or jus black screen. The only way i've been able to do any thing in bios though was through the psu reset. the main problem is that i continue to get an inaccessible boot stop code with no real solution so i kinda need help.

specs:
mobo: GA-F2A78M-HD2
cpu : amd a10 7870k
os: windows 10
psu : corsair cx750
