Boot Xp Problem

I have a massive boot problem! i have dualbooted my system with windows and windows vista and now my pc skips the screen that lets me choose which one to boot from and boot directly from vista !! PLEASE HELP !

you gotta
click start
click run
type msconfig push enter
click BOOT .INI
set the time out for 30 seconds (or however long you like)
click apply
close all windows and restart
see if that gives you the list of operating systems
