Question Booted pc, opened nzxt cam pc froze and hard reset. Couldn't move my mouse use keyboard or anything.

Can an app hard crash a system or is it hardware related? Played some games for an hour after that all was fine. This is also the first time it crashed since I built it a week ago. Tho event viewer has 3 more code 41 but I was allways by my pc when it was running and never saw it shutdown by it self.

Gigabyte b760 AORUS elite
Kraken X73 360mm aio
32 GB 6400 mhz ram
RTX 4080
2 TB CRUCIAL P3

I don't see any listing of an NZXT AIO or part, if there are none, why do you need NZXT's cam? On another note, perhaps check and see if your BIOS is pending an update as well as your OS.

NZXT's Cam can be used even without an NZXT product just to monitor your system...although there are much better options out there.

Forgot to add kraken X73 aio
System is updated just checked, bios is still on f1 but it was stable all this time. New bios just adds support for undervolting on b760 no mentions of stability stuff. Could try and update it.

NZXT's Cam can be used even without an NZXT product just to monitor your system...although there are much better options out there.
