First of all i would like to first state that I did try all of the items in the troubleshooting guide before i even came here (and some other troubleshooting tips like trying parts from known working computers).
Now into my problem, I haven't been able to use my desktop for somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 months and i finally am able to use it again today, so i boot it up and its fine, no real problems other than the fact that the mouse/keyboard won't work (not plugged into internet so not able to get drivers). So i shut the computer off and bring it over to my ethernet port and nothing, will not boot for the next 5-6 boots it just got stuck at the loading windows screen (the 2 balls of the windows logo would start to spin around), and it was the same for safe mode. Now, after removing a stick of Ram, (running on 1x4 now) and unplugging a meaningless storage drive sometimes it boots and gets stuck at the loading windows, and sometimes i don't even get a mobo splash screen.

Thanks ALOT in advance, my specs are as follows

Processor: AMD-A10-6800k
MoBo: MSI Fm2-a75MA-E35 (don't think this is sold nowadays but was a great mobo for cheap 😀)
RAM: Patriot Limited edition Intel Extreme masters edition 8gb (2x4 kit DDR3 1866)
SSD: Kingston Hyper x 120gb
HDD: 3x1tb WD blue
Gfx card: Gigabyte windforce R9270x (it was tha cheap, but good shit back then 😛)
PSU: Corsair builder cx430W
Case(does this even matter, no...): cougar challenger-O
Computer was built Probably 2 years ago? (a few months before the R9 series came out, i ran dedicated for a while)
Again the computer has NOT been turned on, nor plugged in in the last 6 months.
Before I lost access to the computer it was working perfectly fine, and used every day.

One more time thanks again for all your help anyone 😀

Does not boot, When i turned it on first and it worked fine everything was plugged it, but then between the 1st boot and 2nd boot nothing changed except for the fact that it got stuck at loading windows. And now that i have unplugged all non essential hard drives (so all my HDD's just ssd is plugged in) and only using 1 ram module (have tried both in both ports) only some times it gets to the loading windows freeze issue, the other times i don't even get mobo splash 🙁
