bootmgr is missing

Need help with booting pc it say boot mgr is missing.its a new pc i built myself

Check BIOS settings to make sure the HDD or SSD is configured properly and set up as the first boot device. Also try shutting down and removing power cord for 30s. Sometimes that helps. It's possible that your drive died, though.

Did you remove a second hard drive

I only have ssd in. And i got a windows 7 pro cd it says it for refurbished pc only mught that cause any problem?

It's a new installation there should be nothing to repair. And I tried but it says it's not for this version get a repair cd .
