[SOLVED] Bottleneck with i7 9700k and nvidia GTX 1060 3gb?

Hi everyone.
This is my first post here so I don’t really know how it works.
First of all, here is my setup:
1440p 144hz 27inch monitor g sync
Intel i5 (something like 2400 or 2800) Would upgrade to i7 9700k
nvidia 1060 Rtx 3gb
16gb ddr3
intel DQ67SW motherboard
Aero cool cylon case
(If I missed any specifications please let me know)

So I am wondering if the bottleneck would be too bad with intel i7 9700k and nvidia gtx 1060 3gb? I will also upgrade the ram to ddr4 and I am aware that I will have to upgrade the motherboard, and then comes the problem of finding a motherboard compatible with the i7 and 1060.

This is a temporary bottleneck

I will only have this bottleneck until nvidia releases their ‘next gen‘ gpus.

The 1060 3GB is super weak compared to A 9700K , POOR MATCH.

You could save alot of money and go with a Ryzen 3600 or 3700X build over a 9700k Intel and have more to spend on your GPU.
