Bottom video card cant seat due to mobo connectors

I'm designing a build that will incorporate 4 GPUs. They're not SLI (can't w/the new line anyway); the application that utilizes the GPUs uses them independently.

Anyway, the issue I'm foreseeing is the bottom video card not seating because its hitting the case's front panel connector on the motherboard, and USB2.0 and audio connects can't be used for the same reason. Not a big deal if we can't have front USB 2.0 or even audio in the build, but needless to say I need to be able to connect the case's panel connectors or I can't turn the thing on...

I build a lot in the Asrock X99 WS and tried seating a GPU in the bottom slot and sure enough it can't due to this issue. For the build I'm designing I'm looking at the Asrock X99-E WS or an Asus X99-E WS or Rampage V 10. Judging by the pics of those boards they'll have the same issue.

So, anyone ever actually run 4 GPUs and found a way around this challenge?

Yeah considered that. Only way that would work is if my case had two more PCIe "holes" in the rear that were both below the line of my mobo. The cases I'm considering actually would. My concern would be that the two screws at the back of the case would be ALL that's supporting the card, unless I rig something else up. We're talking about 1080s or nVidia Titan Xs here; not the lightest cards in the world...
