Question Bought a computer from Craigslist now it won’t turn on

I went over to the guys house, plugged it in and it booted up perfectly. I got home, swapped out the graphics card went to plug it in and nothing. No fan spin, no motherboard lights nothing. I then uninstalled the graphics card and got the same result. I switched out the power cords, I switched the outlet I was using, I looked up the manual and confirmed the power switch connector was in the correct spot, I tried jumping it with a screwdriver, I even swapped out the power supply with one that I know for sure works. I have no idea what could have gone wrong in the 20 minute drive home and I would absolutely love some help

So after you got home, you then installed your own graphics card & short circuited the motherboard doing so ?

it’s an i3 6100 on an asus h110mc mobo
The previously installed graphics card was a GeForce 9400 gs and the one I tried to install is a 4gb Rx 460
The power supply is 350 watts 80+ white

Pull the CMOS battery for a minute and replace. If possible, boot the computer without any GPU installed with the monitor connected to the motherboard directly. If not, reinstall the old GPU and try to boot.
