Bought everything except the CPU, are there any test I can do u make sure I didn't make mistakes?

I've already done the paper clip test so I know my psu and fans are ok. I have connected everything and turned on the computer, so cause of that I know the optical drive at least opens and again the fans are ok and that the mobo turns on.

For the ram and ssd, do I have to wait for the CPU or are there ways to test these parts?

No, you can not test anything else besides the power supply without a working CPU.

If you don't have second computer to test the parts in, answer is pretty much "no, you cannot"
Reason for that is that CPU acts pretty much inbetween MB/RAM/display/disks/other things.
