Bran New Build Turns on But Black Screen No Post or Bios

I just put this rig together, the computer turns on. All fans and leds are on. Graphics card is running and all I see is a black screen, my tv that is my moniter is getting signal but just black.
Please help

Motherboard: MSI 970A Krait Editon
PSU: Evga 500w
Graphics Card: Gigabyte Radeon Rx 460
CPU: Amd fx 4300
Hard Drive: WD Blue SATA

I just saw this, my motherboard has the pcie 2.0. And both the graphics card that I have are 3.0. Would that make a big differance?

No, It doesn't matter. Until getting a monitor with the right ports, i suggest not messing with the components (it might add to the problem, and not solve it).

It works now, I got the bios working and turns on with no beeps. The adapter worked.
