I recently built a new mini itx computer. here are the specs.

Running at 2560x1440 on my main monitor and a second monitor at 2560x1080.

Asrock z390 ITX motherboard
GIGABYTE NVME M.2 2tb SSD
Intel I9 9900KF
G.skill 2x16gb Ram F4-3200C16D-32GTZKW
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 TI FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING

I looked at other average FPS for users playing rainbow 6 seige. They have around 148fps on user benchmark on maximum settings but i am getting an average of 55 fps.

RS6 Benchmark Screenshot

User benchmark results. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/20671418
UserBenchmarks: Game 131%, Desk 125%, Work 120%
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900KF - 101.6%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080-Ti - 163.1%
SSD: Gigabyte Aorus NVMe PCIe M.2 2TB - 216.4%
RAM: G.SKILL F4 DDR4 3200 C16 2x16GB - 95.9%
MBD: Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac

Note: I have not yet overclocked anything but i feel i should get much higher fps anyway running stock on this game.

I have the XMP profile set to 1 in my bios.

Am I doing something wrong with my build(i recently got back into building am I missing something?), should i be overclocking to get an average fps of 148fps? at only 1440p i figure my FPS should be a lot higher than 55.

added details from questions in forum:

Running latest nvidia drivers? Always, just updated to the latest today and ran benchmarks
Temps and usage? Link to screenshot while running Seige benchmark.
