Hello,
Have recently just purchased a brand new gaming pc. For the first day, the pc was running fine with no issue.
A day later and it is pretty much unusable. It started with a brief crash while playing world of warcraft. A few hours later, I was getting repeated black screens and loss of feed to monitor for a few seconds with feed and picture then resuming. A little while after, this persisted but after the loss of picture, the PC would then start to reboot itself. After this, it would just begin outright crashing. Upon further reboots, the display resolution would be zoomed in at times, and at other times, green lines and dots all over the screen, as well as slower performance.
Specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 Six Core
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570S UD: ATX
RAM: 32GB Corsair
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 12G
SSD: 512GB
HDD: 2TB
PSU: 550W Corsair
Windows 11
Completely brand new as purchased from PC Specialist.
As far as I am aware, all drivers are up to date , including GPU. All windows updates - done.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
