I have a brand-new I Buy Power HYTE Y40 PC running Windows 11. The PC will not pair with my new Beats Studio Pro or my Apple Airpods. Both the Beats and Airpods pair properly with my iPhone - so I know they are working. And my new IBP PC will recognize Bluetooth devices like my Roku and Denon audio receiver, but my new PC doesn't even recognize the Beats or the Airpods - no matter what I try.

I'm "stumped" on this one. Any suggestions?

Have you tried uninstalling the driver for your BlueTooth adapter and reinstalling it with the latest drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

If your BlueTooth/WiFi adapter came bundled with the motherboard(as in, it's part of the board) then please pass on the make and model of the motherboard. While you're there, please pass on the BIOS version for said motherboard. You can use CPU-Z to tell you both sets of info under the Mainboard tab.

Thank you Lutfij!

On you comment on CPU-Z (which I am not familiar with), my "Program Compatibility Assistant" is stating: cpuz149_x64.sys driver cannot load. "The security setting is detecting this as a vulnerable driver and blocking it from loading." Not sure if this is involved or not?

I've been using Speccy for details:

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B760M-A AX6 II (LGA1700)

I just uninstalled my bluetooth adaptor and it disappeared from Device Manager. Searched for HW, it found it and bluetooth adaptor reappeared. I did this via Device Manager - I do not see any option to right click the Installer and Run as Administrator.
