I just bought a logitech h390 usb computer headset from bestbuy. I plugged it into my usb slot and it shows the device in my device manager but I cant hear anything. The light on the headset is lit up I know theres power I can adjust the volume and it changes on my monitor but I hear nothing. What can I do to fix this I tried to update the driver it says its updated. I tried the logitech website it offers no downloads for this product and basically just tells me to plug it in to make it work. I know the usb slot works I was just using it with my old logitech headset only problem is the headset is broken but I can at least hear something. What can I do to get this new headset to work..
Ive gone to my sound options and made sure its set tothe headset for output device and still nothing..
