Question Brand new PC bitlocker after updating BIOS

I just finished a build:
Ryzen 5 5600k
Nvidia 3060 Ti
1TB Samsung SSD
2X8 GB Vengence RAM
Corsair 4000x case
Asus prime B550M-A Wifi II Motherboard

And it booted fine, using my second PC to get a windows 10 home install it installed fine and no issues.
When I first got into the PC after that I noticed the wifi adapter not working and the motherboard light staying orange so I thought to update BIOS. So I readied a flash drive and did the ezFlash through BIOS. Upon finishing the BIOS update I get the big scary message of BitLocker. However, its a brand new PC and it never even connected to the internet so I would have no way of having a recovery code. Since then I have connected a ethernet to link the PC to a Microsoft account and activate my windows key. But still when I boot the PC it asks for the BitLocker, I can say 'N' to get into the PC but I feel that it is preventing the computer from fully working since the wifi adapter still wont work and the motherboard light is still orange.
Any help to fix this would be appreciated. I don't mind reinstalling windows but I just don't want a bricked PC.

What was that "big scary message of BitLocker."?

Which motherboard light was "staying orange"?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor for other error codes, warnings, or even informational events.

Also check that only one network adapter (either wired or wireless) is enabled on the build. Not both adapters enabled at the same time.

And also remember that a new build may be going online, checking for updates, and trying to update as necessary.

Boot, enable Windows updates, and wait.....

Then check Update History and Reliability History/Monitor for error codes, problem, etc..

[The message was "we detected a new ftpm firmware version/processor, which will change the data/structure of the storage space for firmware TPM

If you did not apply ftpm function, please press y to continue.

If you have BitLocker or encryption enabled via ftpm please follow the instruction below:
Press Y to reset fTPM, please ensure to back up your recovery key, or the system will not boot without a recovery key.

Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, but fTPM function will not enable. You can swap back to the previous BIOS/processor to recover TPM related keys and data.]

The orange light is in the lower left of the motherboard above and below the GPU

I will look at how to disable ethernet so that it can attempt WIFI, I updated all drivers and it still didn't show any available connections.

Thank you very much
