Brand new to the computer life

I I just built a computer it has a Asus prime 370a 36g of 3200hz a msi 1080 ti duke 11g and a cryorig r1 utl I was running msi after burner and kombte or whatever it's called and I was trying to mess with the oc of the gpu I was hitting 78c at 80 percent fan and my CPU was 74c I think I had the clock to 125plus and the memory clock at 200...was wondering if that to hot or if I was doing something wrong.. Please explain to me like I'm brand new to this because I am lol please help

Prolly so but you can't learn if you don't try and I'm not touching any voltages till I really know WTF I'm doing and thus why I'm on here asking for help

OK so I read it twice along with some YouTube Vids one thing I still don't understand is why you buy ram at a certain hz but even if you're u have 3200hz it reads at 2133 why does it do that and also why do you not want to change it to the 3200 ..??

Yes I know that hence why I don't understand why the ram Says...ram status 2133 when it's 3200 ram..
