Hi guys,
I brought a new monitor for the larger size and curved display. And my system has developed a new issue.

Graphics on Video Games have this wierd brightness flickering effect when running around and moving. Like each step or look around changes the brightness a tiny bit on things and then in like less than a second changes back. Like a subtle brightness flickering, which my old IPS Panel Monitor did not have.
Few differences:
My old Monitor was: 4k 60hz IPS Panel with AMD Freesync - Connected via Display Port
New Monitor: 4k 60hz VA Panel with Adaptive Sync - Connected via HDMI.
And I need to determine if anything can be done to eliminate the problem, and if not... at least reduce the symptoms.
As from what I've read this could be a Hardware thing I can do nothing about but I'm not too sure as I'm not massively knowledgable.
FYI - I've tried turning Adaptive Sync off, (which interestingly is called VRR when connected via HDMI, and Adaptive Sync when connected via Display Port. No idea of the significance of this?), though the issue still persists with these settings turned off.
Is it something in the Monitor Settings?
Should I try connecting the Monitor via Display Port instead of HDMI? (To note I believe from what I remember that the issue persistered with both HDMI & Display Port connections.)
Or do all VA panels outside of big-bucks ones have this brightness flickering? And there is nothing I can do??
Is there anything I can do or try?
Cheers guys.
