broken Athlon

I was trying to adapt a newly bought low noise Socket A fan into my soldered on Athlon mb and of course I ended up damaging the thing.

There are 3 black components. 2 grouped together and one alone. I broke the one to the right, what is that component? what is that value on it (102)? is it replaceable/fixable?? thanks

very constructive!! that I knew. I already bought a new mobo and cpu. but I just want to learn what the heck that IC/resistor/diode/capacitor with a 102 on it is.
