So a while back I aquired a laptop with a broken screen. It is an Asus k60i. I originally put it to a monitor to recover all data, and that was successful. Afterwards, I thought it would be smart to put a fresh installent of windows 7. Go me. So now there's no display at all, because there are no drivers. Is there any way I can output it to a monitor with being able to download drivers, or buying an all new screen, altogether?

Shouldn't need drivers. Most laptops have a key like fn+f5 to switch the external monitor on and off. This is done at a hardware level as you can do it in to view the bios.
