Question Broken motherboard?

Hi, yesterday I tried to do a case swap for one of my pc's. It has these parts:
- Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite
- 32GB ram
- Ryzen 9 5900x
- RTX 4090
- 2tb M2 ssd
- 4tb HDD
- 750W PSU

and I was using the NZXT H510 case, which was too small for my cpu cooler. So I bought the Be quiet! PURE BASE 500. I did take out my cpu in the Process, but not the ram or the m2.

Problem is, when I turn it on, my motherboard doesn't show any lights, all fans spin, but no POST. I have tried replacing the GPU, PSU and RAM. Tried breadboarding it, changing the CMOS, to no avail. I also tried different monitors and cables.

Is my motherboard dead or is there another cause? It worked completely fine before the caseswap

I'm hopeless, thanks for any suggestions...

750W PSU
750W is the advertised wattage of the unit, what is the make, model and age of the PSU?

You might want to breadboard the system just one stick of ram on slot A2, no storage drives, something much lower in TDP than the RTX4090 and see if you're able to get the system to POST and display.

Speaking of RTX4090, how on Earth did you run that system with a measly 750W unit? You should been on a higher wattage unit. Might want to check and see if the connection for the GPU is fully seated.

Thank you so much for your answer!

My PSU is a Corsair TX750M. I know it's not great for an rtx 4090, but it performed flawlessly for the last 2 years

I tried 2 different ram's on A2. The GPU I started breadbanding with is an old gtx 970, but still working.
