Bsel Mod Help?

So, my secondary system is a dino LGA 775 Pentium e2160 with a Dell motherboard. Anyways, I heard about something called a bsel mod to physically overclock the processor, but what are the risks to this? I tried to look it up but some people say I can fry everything, while others say that's not possible. What risks do I run in trying to do this? I want to overclock from 1.8 to 2.4 ghz (800 to 1066 fsb). And will that need a voltage increase?

Seems rather risky, not worth the time. The performance gain would be rather minimal.

At this point any performance gain would be good, the thing crashes when you open a browser :/
