Question BSOD 0xc000000f

As the title says, I left my laptop on for 2 hours and after I came back, it was shut down, after launch I got this error
0xc000000f
Any ideas?

It can give some useful tips for what to include so we can better help you.
Assuming you've pulled out the correct bugcheck reference code, this is regarding spin lock, which is usually just a misbehaving driver - if so, we'd need the dump file (guide above) to find out which.

Here are my specs, I cannot get the dump files.
HP Pavilion 15 cx0056wm
i5-8300H
1TB HDD
512GB M.2 SSD
GTX1050Ti
8GB DDR4 RAM
Windows 10 (64).
By the way, I tried reinstalling windows, and it worked fine on the HDD, however, when I tried doing the same on the SSD - I got another error 0xc00000e. The SSD is quite new, works fine on windows but isn’t shown in the BIOS.

I cannot get the dump files.

Is this because you can't access windows?

Are you removing all other devices when performing the clean install as stated here:

which drive is windows normally on?
is the hdd unplugged when you try to install to ssd?

Is windows normally on the ssd?

Wasn't the same bugcheck I read:

0x0000000F

SPIN_LOCK_ALREADY_OWNED

Why I wondered what bugcheck error it was exactly

I can't say I ever seen the one you have

both of mine are boot related or at least happen at boot time

Ah I did not even see the C - selective reading it would seem ! My apologies.

These codes are terrible, its why i copy paste any codes people put in instead of trying to count the 0's
