Question Bsod & Bsod

Hi guys, so a build a desktop ( 18/11/2018), everything works fine, 4 days after , i update the Bios to the Version 0602, everything works fine, until i get bsod on windows, since then, i already replaced the Rams & the board, and until today i still get Bsod.
I cant install Windows, the crashes happens on the logo of the board, its a loop.

Some bsod :

Page Fault in Nonpaged Area
system thread exception not handled
kernel security check failure
system service exception (fltmgr)
kernel security check failure
unexpected kernel mode trap
worker thread returned with bad paging io priority
and some others


My config from the begining

cpu - i9 9900K
gpu - Asus 2080 Rtx Strix OC
ram - corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 3200 c16 2x8gb
psu - Seasonic 850 prime titanium
Board - Rog Maximus Xi Hero wifi

My config now

I test the rams on Memtest, and i have 13801 errors on the test 7.

So my question is, is the Cpu ? I know the gpu works fine, i tested on my old desktop, i dont thing is the Psu and i dont know what to do more, already sended a email to Intel.

If it failed memtest it's more than likely the ram. Try testing one stick at a time.
