Question BSOD: "Gaming" PC shutting down, running slow, not running games well

Hey guys, I'm sorry to just show up and ask a question but I'm at my wits end.
I've been struggling with my pc for well, years, really; but this particular build for a few months. I've been trying and trying to troubleshoot, but nothing is working out and my frustration is building.

I got tired of my pc's poor performance a few months back, so I bought a new graphics card and some RAM to match a YouTuber's build because I've seen him running brand new games on maximum settings with no problems. Yet, my pc struggles to run the exact same games on minimum settings, and constantly shuts down and gives me the blue screen of death. Something beyond my expertise is clearly amiss.
My pc takes several minutes to boot up, sometimes google chrome lags for minutes, and generally everything runs way slower than I expect out of my machine. I'll try to open a simple folder of pictures, and I'll watch task manager as it says 1% CPU usage, yet it takes minutes to load up the folder. I've hit a point where I want to bring it to a shop, but I was hoping I could finally get to the bottom of this myself and solve this issue.

I'll give what relevant information I can think of here, and I can supply just about any other info as needed, just let me know.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K @3.30GHz
MB: P8P67 Deluxe
RAM: 16GB DDR3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I've installed CPU-Z, HWMonitor, SpeedFan, MSI Afterburner, and RTSS in my efforts to identify what the issue is, so I can provide any info from those as well. My CPU seems to be overheating, Afterburner claims it's at 90 degrees, but the fan is fully functional, it's free of dust and dirt, and the heat sink has been cleaned to like-new condition. All attempts to get a benchmark using 3DMark or UserBenchMark have resulted in my computer crashing, the same as it does with many games. Somebody please help me, I'm at a total loss.

Thanks for your time.

Thank you guys for your prompt responses!
I've used IObit Softwae Updater in the last week to update all my programs, I've got the most recent Windows Update, and my NVIDIA drivers are up to date, and the issue remains. :(
I'll post the BSOD log next time I get one; the shut downs aren't always BSODs though, sometimes my pc just makes the Windows "there's been an error" noise, and all my screens go blank and no input can be made, forcing me to manually power off. That happens specifically when something is too graphically intensive, I can trigger it by going into a games settings and setting it to maximum, it'll instantly shut down.

While I wait for the BSOD log, any other suggestions would be appreciated!

EDIT
Okay, I didn't know BlueScreenView could look up previous BSODs! here's the full list:

Little detail: Are your components support Windows 7?

Edit: I have bad experience with auto-updating tools. Manually download drivers from manufacturer websites. Make sure you fully uninstall previous driver. Also try to flash newer BIOS, scan computer with antivirus and see if there's some difference. So, your issues starts when you bring new GPU and RAMs? Try to switch it back, if your PC will be able to run something. Then try one new RAM card, if your PC will be stable, switch it for the second one. If your PC will be OK, try them both. Then try mew GPU. Just classic elimination method.

I'll have to try your suggestions, but may take a while to get back with the results. Is there a quick/reliable way to test out RAM functionality? Or should I just use my pc as usual and try to gauge it for myself?
I'm also fairly sure my components support Windows 7 (I know I checked my graphics card compatibility for sure) but I'm not 100% sure. I assume I'd have to check manufacturers websites for that info?

For me, windows update (on Win 7) just popup window with message that I use components which arent supported in future updates. It let me install about 80+ updates with service pack 1 and then no updates avaiable. I always testing RAMs with method I posted. I dont know about tool which test RAMs... Well, you can send us CPU - Z screens, maybe someone else will find it useful.

Oh, okay, I haven't gotten any kind of pop-up telling me my components aren't supported so that's good.
I'll start testing the RAM now and get back to you, but here's the CPU-Z readout in the meantime:
