BSOD HELP! Please :(

I have tried everything guys(memtest,chkdsk)! im out of ideas... soo ive been getting a lot of BSOD lately ALOT and ive reinstalled my gpu drivers and that seem to fix it for like an hour then I started getting corruption such as java no want to download, steam stopping to say my download was corrupted. and then the thing that I thought get rid of came back BSOD..in the blue screen window it showed it was ntoskrnl.exe+c0738 and now my screen is really tiny like 4:9. PLEASE HELP! ive been stressing about this pc for so long now :/

One of them is a ntfs.sys stop error 0x00000024 which can or does mean the system / files are corrupt.

Which can also mean you may have to replace the hdd

I would uninstall MSI supercharger / Afterburner this can cause the other stop error 0x0000001e

Altho this may not fix the other stop error if the files are corrupt

It looks like a graphics card issue to me. Can you borrow one just for testing?

i have an on board gpu which does work, but once i install the drivers for the amd thats when i get issues. i can run games on ultra with the graphics card no crashes. but once im browsing the internet,watching livestreams,etc i get mouse stuttering then BSOD. Also i dont have msi supercharge or afterburner. :/ BUT THANK YOU GUYS FOR ANSWERING!. i have literally been looking up everything that could be wrong.. and nothing has solved this problem

Whatever this file belongs to. NTIOLib_X64.sys. I dont think it installs with windows

Its something that's from MSI

OHHH! thats connected to MSiLIVE UPdate 6 which im having trouble uninstalling as it constantly says "Unable to open program"

If it were me, I'd do a fresh install of Windows, and then be very careful about what drivers/software etc I installed before testing the system thoroughly. Good to rule out software problems before spending money on hardware.
