[SOLVED] BSOD HELP

I been getting the bsod
stop code: unexpected store exception
I googled it and says could be my hw failing but I run test on gpu using heaven bench mark
I tested the cpu using pass mark I don't know how to test ram but what else could it be?
i also got a bsod stop code error"MEMORY MANAGMENT"
and also STOP CODE ERROR "KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR"

ok i ran it i have 3 hdd 1 ssd drive my drive d it says it's bad the "reallocated sectors count" is at 41 with a threshold of 140
then i have "current pending sector count" says current is 195,worst is 195 threshold is 0
and also "uncorrectable sector count" current 200,worst 195 threshold 0

my other hdd "reallocated sectors count" current 100,worst 100,threshold 5 butt is says that one is good
and my ssd "reallocated sectors count" current 100,worst 100,threshold 50 and it says it's also good
FORGOT to mention in original post but i also got a bsod stop code error"MEMORY MANAGMENT"
and also STOP CODE ERROR "KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR"

You need to boot with the bad drive disconnected to see if the blue screens stop.
You can also try running a program called Hard Disk Sentinel to get a clearer explanation of what is wrong with the faulty drive.

Did you update Windows? An update released but it can cause a lot of problems, like performance issues, fps drop and even BSOD´s (https://www.tomsguide.com/news/windows-10-update-causing-blue-screens-of-death-what-to-do). This article indicates you what to do

"UPDATE"
i fixed the issue turns out it was my hard drive that has gone bad i unplugged the drive rebooted and so far no more bsod
