BSOD Installing WindowsOS

I am trying to install windows from one of their USB Operating systems. Everytime I boot the installation media it blue screens before even beginning any installation. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. All the components are new and never used, freashly installed. I have never tried installing from a USB so this is new to me. Thank you.

SPECS:
Cpu: i5-8400
Mb: Msi B360 Gaming Pro Carbon
Hdd: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Ram: 16gb G-Skill

Can you please check and confirm if you obtained the installation files from a trusted source, and that you are following the correct tool and method to create a bootable USB drive?

try a usb 2 port in the back of the machine. does the install process start?
when it breaks does it have a bugcheck code?
best if you can provide the bugcheck code and parameter 1 which is the error code
the usb ports directly on the motherboard (back of the machine) are most likely to work
usb 2 ports are more likely to work than a usb 3 port since some usb 3 ports require specific drivers that may not be on the windows install image.
