Hello, I am running Windows 7 (32 bit), and I started getting these BSODs:
"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntkrnlpa.exe
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any Windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
select Safe Mode.
Technical Information:
*** STOP: 0x0000000a (0x00000075, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x83092d8b)
*** ntkrnlpa.exe - Address 0x83050c9b base at 0x83010000 DateStamp 0x5147d331
"
Here are the dump files: https://www.box.com/s/k88bjqnlicwnvee41j2t
And here is the output file from MSinfo32: https://www.box.com/s/72dwyxu994sl95658z5i
The computer is a Dell XPS 420 desktop computer.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any more information that I can provide that will help solve this?
I am using safe mode with networking to post this. When I boot up normally it either just shuts off after a minute or gives me this BSOD.
I would very much appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance.
