Hello everyone, I've received the same BSOD three times today, while I was doing nothing more than browsing with chrome and using excel.

This is what BlueScreenView shows for the last BSOD:
052421-7531-01.dmp 24/05/2021 17:08:36 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a 0000000e71eb4e0d 000000000000000d 0000000000000001 fffff8051b416888 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+3f6cf0 x64 ntoskrnl.exe+3f6cf0 C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\052421-7531-01.dmp 16 15 19041 2,426,204 24/05/2021 17:09:30

The three minidump files:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuUTJOaiIcZNlHpU4WZc4N63ZFDS?e=b99gET

Thank you to whoever takes some time to help me.

I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/3Lonp5df/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

BSV always shows the victim process, rarely the actual cause.

I will ask a friend to convert dump files.

Hi, the last 2 links are the same. Hold the 3rd one until you crash again and upload more dumps at that time. I ran the 2 dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/esprz5hm/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. You have the latest BIOS already installed.

Hi all. First of all thank you to all of you for your help.
I've been busy a lot these days but today I was back to my PC to work from home a little and the blue screen appeared two times in a row in a couple of minutes. I don't know if it's related or if it's some weird coincidence but it happened both times with Excel opened. The second time the code was KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

The two minidump files from today:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuUTJOaiIcZNlHxKQ04b886vSAWr?e=qrAtcU
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuUTJOaiIcZNlH16I6yTpdYM3ZL_?e=0BYECD

And the third one from last time:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuUTJOaiIcZNlHnXoY2FGXL-hmkg?e=qtH5eg

I'm trying this now.

I have a tp-link TL-WN823N

probably newer Nvidia drivers since I have those and it is telling me there are newer ones now, dated 18th May
I rolled back to the previous Nvidia driver first thing after the first blue screen because the problems started the day after the update and I thought it might be related, but evidently, I was wrong.

this website is so handy - http://en.techinfodepot.shoutwiki.com/wiki/TP-LINK_TL-WN823N_v1
it tells me the chip inside adapter is a Realtek RTL8192CU

and your driver is likely newest since the one on realtek is from before yours - https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/rtl8192eu-software
its probably same driver but with an altered driver version, probably altered by tp link.

i seen a stack of old WIFI cards cause problems this year but I haven't seen that chipset as often as others, so not sure if its possible cause or not.

maybe the 2 new dumps will show us more.

I have uninstalled Kaspersky and cleaned all its files using kavremover and the pc stopped crashing. After a day I've reinstalled Kaspersky and not a single blue screen showed up since Friday.
When I reinstalled Kaspersky it warned me about a conflict with Malwarebytes so I had to uninstall it. I don't know if it's relevant to my problem since I haven't tried to reinstall Malwarebytes again, but I'm leaving it here if anyone stumbles into the same problem.

So I think this is a victory and I'm here to thank you for identifying my problem. You saved me a lot of stress. Thank you again!
