Recently I a day or two after getting witcher 3 along with the new driver update i have been getting BSOD that are related to the graphics card i beilive or the graphics drivers. It happens on most games i play including skyrim Witcher 3 and CSGO. I have a GTX 970

Here are some screens of the issue in the minidumps folder

I would love some help, thanks.

Revert to last driver and see if it fixes the issue.

try a clean install of the old driver make sure all remnants of all drivers are gone then try last working driver. Make sure your gpu is not overheating (check for dust in fans and such). if none of this works try backing off your overclock on the gpu if you have one and see if that is the cause.

1) Make sure all your games are updated and if they are try the last update
2) Make sure all your drivers are updated and if they are try the last update
3) Scan your PC with Ant-Virus you may have a virus on your PC
4) It could be a certain software recently installed on your machine which makes the games crash
5) Maybe your windows, games or other software files are corrupted or maybe they were modified by another program
6) If not then I do not know what is wrong with your PC

I would make sure you don't have any overclocking drivers running, make sure the fans are working correctly and
just make sure your network drivers are up to date (or turn off nvidia shadowplay)

if you put a memory dump file on a server like microsoft one driver and post a link I could get a better idea as to the nature of the problem.
-----------
windows directx failed because it thought the system was out of resources
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009a (3221225626) - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.
it called a bugcheck 0x116 VIDEO_TDR_ERROR which is a attempt to get the graphics driver to reset and start working again.
most of the errors were this one.
the last one was the graphics driver itself not being able to access the memory it requested.
(could be a bad memory address, could be a timing problem caused by overheating/overclocking/ incorrect voltage or bugs in the driver)

I used Display Driver Uninstaller with safe mode, after that i downloaded the GTA 5 driver from the website. I still happens when gaming, seems to happen faster on intensive games like The witcher.

looking at the first memory dump, I think I would start with the BIOS update, then remove drivers below unless you really need them.
so far I would think the BIOS would be the most likely cause of your graphics card not work responding. it would be a direct cause, while the drivers would be a indirect cause (they would have to corrupt data in memory to hobble your GPU)

-----------

CPU release date was june 2014, bios release date was july 2014
I would update the BIOS because of CPU microcode updates, and sleep function updates.
current version just came out.

remove: (old remote control driver)
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\hamachi.sys Thu Feb 19 02:36:41 2009

i would consider removing this:
cFosSpeed - The Internet Accelerator
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\cfosspeed6.sys Wed May 29 09:47:24 2013

i would remove this:
AsRock I/O Driver (running a IO driver out of a 32 bit windows subsystem is not a good thing)
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Drivers\AsrDrv101.sys Mon Jan 14 22:25:51 2013

remove this, ASRock App Charger (likely to cause memory corruption)
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AsrAppCharger.sys Tue May 10 01:28:46 2011

machine info:
BIOS Version P1.20
BIOS Release Date 07/29/2014
Manufacturer ASRock
Product H97M Pro4
Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Processor Voltage 8ch - 1.2V
External Clock 100MHz
Max Speed 3500MHz
Current Speed 3500MHz
